A born-and-raised Burgenland girl with nothing more than passion, will, determination, and a dream. Against all odds, I won the first-ever Olympic gold medal for my state and for Austria in snowboarding. The Olympic gold medal solidified my reputation as a top athlete and showcased my perseverance on a global scale. I have been recognized as Woman of the Year, Female Athlete of the Year, and as a figure with social responsibilities.

Together with my brother, I experienced the profound loss of our entire snowboarding team at a young age. This tragic event shaped me in a way that taught me to cherish every moment, regardless of the circumstances. The journey towards winning the gold medal was filled with joy and bliss as well as overcoming significant injuries and finding liberation within myself.

In 2018, I made the bold decision to end my career, to follow my heart with no backup plan. It marked the start of a transformative journey towards a dream comeback, winning a bronze medal at the 2021 World Championships and leading the Austrian Olympic team as the flag bearer in the 2022 Winter Olympics. I finished my snowboarding career with World Cup podiums and a victory. I am obviously passionate about movement, for me it was always about letting my body fly, connecting to nature and its elements. The moments of zero field. Competition gave it this extra edge, moments of ultimate pressure, experienced in calmness, confidence and trust.

Another big part of my life is spirituality. It adds even more layers, deepness and colours to my experiences. And thats the heart I am coaching from. I can only open up the doors for you. I coach individuals and companies on how to integrate an Olympic Gold Mindset to achieve their dreams. My speciality includes aligning body, mind and breath. Focusing, staying motivated, overcoming fears and doubts, performing under pressure with ease and confidence, coming back from setbacks and transforming and healing trauma that is holding one back. Ultimately, I am an example of what is possible for my students.
I go before them, acquiring treasures, testing, experimenting, making many mistakes, and experiencing incredible wins so that I can teach and know what actually works. Everything I teach has been tested in moments of highest pressure while competing at the Olympics. Through a mix of step-by-step strategies, simple techniques, and methods, layered with lots of love and transforming processes, I am my students biggest cheerleader and most honest coach.
